RETURN POLICY
REFUNDS/RETURNS: We have a strict No Refund & No Return Policy. All sales are final.
RETURNS: We do not accept returns because we cannot restock any returned items due to sanitation reasons.
REFUNDS: We do not cancel/refund orders after they are placed, in transit, or after delivered.
DAMAGES & ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE): You will be asked to send video/picture footage to, supplies@lurelashandbrow.com, of the defective product to determine eligibility for an exchange. Item(s) must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange.
DISCOUNT CODES: Our discount codes are designed for one time use only, after you make you first purchase. If we are notified that the discount code has been used more than once, you will receive an invoice with the remaining balances due for exceeding discount code use.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
