Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES CAN AND WILL BE EXTENDED IF NECESSARY FOR HIGH VOLUME ORDERS/PRODUCTS.
Pick up orders: Please allow 1 to 4 business days for your order to be prepared for pick up. You must wait for the pick-up notification before arrival to pick up an order. Store hours and pick up times are Tues-Sat 12pm-4pm. Please note: PICK UP ORDERS WILL BE RESTOCKED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE READY FOR PICK UP NOTIFICATION. THERE WILL BE A $10 FEE TO RE-PULL ITEMS.
Order processing: Please allow between 1 to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
Shipping: Shipping delivery times will vary depending on your location. Orders are mailed out weekly, Mon-Sat before 5pm CST. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated. Please refer to your tracking number for all delivery updates. Please note that Lure Lashes & Brow Beauty, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays.
Order and Shipping confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation notification as soon as your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation notification with a tracking number as soon as Lure Lashes & Brow Beauty, LLC has shipped your order. If you do not see the confirmation emails in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam mail.
International orders: Packages may be subject to additional fees, duties, and import taxes based on your country's tax laws/regulations. Lure Lashes & Brow Beauty, LLC is not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may be required for package release/delivery.
It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information during checkout. Lure Lashes & Brow Beauty, LLC is not responsible for updating an incorrect address, changing incorrect contact information, or changing an order once placed. Please review that all of your information is correct before submitting your order.
Customers who enter an inaccurate mailing address will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend their item(s), should the order be returned to us. Should your order be returned to us for any reason (incorrect address, failed delivery, etc) refunds will not be offered.
Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, Lure Lashes & Brow Beauty, LLC is not responsible for any lash trays or products that are cracked/ damaged during shipping and handling. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Once your package is marked as delivered Lure Lashes & Brow Beauty, LLC is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Lure Lash & Brow Beautique, LLC is also not responsible for any package that is lost in transit.
